Zest4Talent is recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a company based in Petersfield specialising in a niche B2B technical product in computer vision and automation.

A competitive salary of £50-60k basic plus OTE 80-100k

* 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown which increases with length of service

* Uncapped commission and profit related pay.

Previous experience in generating new business as well as maximising spend within an existing client base is essential. Full product training will be provided and an aptitude to pick up the technical aspects of the product and technical terminology is essential. The Business Development Managers responsibilities will include:

* Managing Existing relationships and developing new accounts

* Building a sales pipeline and achieving your set annual sales target
