Our services provide a full range of solutions to enable Total Fleet Mobility including Contract Hire of bespoke commercial vehicles, Short term rental and Fleet Management. It is an exciting time to be in our sector as we navigate through the journey of alternative fuels and digital transformation. We have customers from across the spectrum including small fleet customers up to multivehicle fleets of 100 plus. We are currently recruiting for a Service Centre Coordinator initially on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry. To maintain and distribute the customers dedicated spare fleet within set times.
To ensure that all legal documentation is received and expedited accordingly.
To be able to demonstrate that vehicle downtime is managed in a proactive manner in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Make sure the correct Supplier attends both breakdowns and defects with respect to faults covered by R&M/Warranty/Contract Maintenance etc.
To ensure that either the external service provider or Fraikin attends the vehicle distress incident within agreed timescales.
To ensure that all scheduled events are carried out in line with legal and Customer O’License requirements.
Good standard of Education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
The job holder will have previous experience (or similar) within a busy maintenance control room environment dealing with scheduling/maintenance of commercial rental/ Fleet Management vehicles with third party suppliers would be advantageous.
Knowledge of and a background from the commercial vehicle transport industry would be advantageous.
To be flexible in attitude in providing solutions to problems.
