We are looking for a someone to join our Apprenticeship team at Nottingham College who is passionate about working with young people and ensuring that our students receive the best possible experience. You would be working within our Ofsted Outstanding Residential Provision.
The successful candidate will work alongside the current Wellbeing Coordinator and support the Assistant Principal for Apprenticeships and the wider Wellbeing team, to develop and deliver an effective Wellbeing and Enrichment programme to enhance the student experience. They will also support the Apprentices at the residential setting which provides a chance to obtain feedback on their experience and help create positive changes at Nottingham College. Champion a customer first approach with students, teams and colleagues to continually improve the delivery of wellbeing services.
-Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements and maintain appropriate records, including evaluation from all activities, for monitoring purposes.
-Support the running of the cross-College Safeguarding Network, to share best practice and continually improve the College’s approach to safeguarding.
Excellent communication, negotiating, mediating and interpersonal skills, in particular, an ability to relate well to young people, parents/carers, colleagues and professionals
