A Senior Compliance Analyst is needed to support a robust legal team by ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and managing compliance risks and client due diligence, with a particular focus on Trusts, Estates and complex structure.

Description

  • Analyse and manage compliance risks within the company.
  • Implement compliance best practices and solutions.
  • Handling complex CDD issues, particularly in relation to companies and trusts (analysing client documents and advising whether further information is needed).
  • Understanding complex structures and identifying ultimate beneficial owners and the documents required on a risk basis.
  • Support the legal team in ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programmes for staff.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
  • Participate in the development of compliance policies and procedures.

Profile

Successful applicants should have the following:

  • A degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in compliance in a law firm.
  • A good knowledge and experience of trusts, estates and complex corporate structures is preferrable.
  • Experience in AML and CDD.
  • A comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in managing compliance risks and implementing solutions.
