INDUSTRY LEADING RECYCLING ORGANISATION ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES EXECUTIVE / BUYER FOR RECYCLED PLASTICS.

Client: A World leader in the transformation of recovered materials looking to expand their operation in the UK.
A phenomenal opportunity for a driven Sales Executive, Procurement Executive or Senior Buyer to develop their career with a multi-million turnover industry leader in Plastics Recycling has become available.

Location: North -You may be located in Liverpool, Manchester or Leeds and surrounding areas
Package: £35-£55 + uncapped commission OTE 70-90k, car allowance + pension

COMPANY
Our client is a progressive entity in the waste plastics and recycling domain. In response to proactive growth initiatives, they seek to onboard a seasoned Materials Sourcer / Waste Plastics Broker / Commercial Manager / Trader / Buyer.
Previous Job Titles: Sales Manager: Business Development, Accounts, Procurement, Supply Chain, Key Account, Plastics Buyer, Sourcer, Business Development Executive.

Previous Industries: Waste Management, Paper, Recycling, Metals, Cardboard, Shredding, Glass, Polymers, Granulation, PVC, Confidential Waste, Procurement.

ROLE
This pivotal role revolves around pioneering new business avenues to expand the supply of Post-industrial PET and HD plastics within a waste management brokerage trading framework.
Responsibilities:

Actively sourcing plastic from producers across the UK.
Negotiating prices and categorizing plastics and other materials to optimize profitability.
Supervising material exports while upholding quality standards.
Cultivating robust internal relationships with Finance and Transport teams in your capacity as a plastics buyer / sourcer.
EXPERIENCE
A proven track record in brokering materials sourcing, encompassing plastics, paper, card, glass, or metal, or expertise as a plastics buyer / sourcer.
Proficiency in identifying sources for PET/HD.
Strong organizational acumen.
Sound knowledge of material grading and an understanding of waste materials as commodities.
Demonstrated negotiation prowess and a fervent commitment to Waste Management, with a focus on delivering profitable outcomes for the company as a buyer / sourcer.
