A fantastic opportunity for Marketing Manager has come available to join our Team at The One Group / STK. Role purpose: Support the International Director of Marketing with the execution of the marketing strategy for The ONE Groups UK restaurant portfolio across all offline touchpoints.

Job description: BRAND / OFFLINE - Own the seasonal marketing calendar for the London properties - Work alongside our nominated PR agency to coordinate influencer and press bookings. - Managing content shoots and sourcing models (social and video) briefing all partner photographers and videographers. - Briefing in graphic design requests to our freelance graphic designer for all print collateral including - in-restaurant POS material, A-board signage, menus etc. - Proofreading of all menus during menu rollouts - Ensuring all time-sensitive POS material is created and present in each venue to support campaigns and core programming. - Ensuring all marketing assets are consistently updated and organised via the company OneDrive. - Collaborate with International Marketing Manager on securing brand partnerships - actively on the lookout for brand partnership opportunities

LSM (Local Store Marketing) - Ensuring the local store marketing strategies are executed for all London venues - Create local store marketing assets with graphic designer - Coordinate and lead venue teams to ensure accurate tracking of referrals from LSM outreach. - Coordinate LSM visits / develop target outreach list

EVENTS MARKETING - Work alongside the Senior Director of Operations and Sales & Events Manager to identify areas of opportunity to market the STK restaurant portfolio within the events and private dining sector. - Ensure all events marketing collateral is kept up-to-date - Building relationships with local businesses to increase events business

Person spec / requirements: - 3-5 years hospitality marketing experience (hospitality marketing experience is advantageous). - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Ability to work within a small and agile team - Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
