~As a Sales Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will be
Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
Handle general administrative tasks such as organising meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain and distribute financial reports.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a Sales Support role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering background, have an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
