Country Sales Manager - Solar/PV Components Location: Remote, UK. Occasional travelling required to customer locations and trade events across UK. Salary: 80,000 GBP per annum base + Quartely comission Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth of UK PV market by acquiring Commercial Scale, Utility Scale or Distributor clients across the country.
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key customers;Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region to introduce new product, new solution;
- Collaborate with the developer, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a cost-efficient solution to present to the customer;
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue generation;
- Report on sales activity and present sales, revenue and expenses records.
- Bachelor, master’s degree in business, electrical, power or related fields.
- A strong network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, PV power plants, wholesalers etc);
- B2B experience in PV or renewable Energy industry or working for a PV Distributor / Wholesaler.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Experience of using salesforce CRM is preferred;
- Driving license is preferred
