Job Profile
As a Legal Executive (CILEx), you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and a deep understanding of conveyancing law, capable of navigating complex cases, providing practical solutions, and effectively communicating with clients. Working closely with our team of experienced solicitors and legal executives, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives while advancing your expertise in conveyancing.
Duties:
Handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Conduct title checks, prepare contracts, and manage the exchange and completion process efficiently.
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, maintaining regular communication and updating them on progress.
Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progression.
Collaborate with team members to handle challenging cases and complex transactions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing legislation.
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Legal Executive with an FCILEx qualification and experience in residential conveyancing.
Comprehensive knowledge of property law, including title transfer, mortgages, and other conveyancing matters.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage deadlines and caseloads.
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills, with a client-centric approach to legal service.
Collaborative and proactive, committed to upholding the firms high standards of integrity and excellence.

Monday to Friday
