Marketing Manager Relvant Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency to identify a strong Marketing Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing. This role is central to driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing channels. Please note - this role is 4 days a week in the Eastleigh office Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. Implement inbound and outbound strategies to grow the sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) align with business goals. Manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. Optimise campaigns for ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates. Oversee website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Plan, budget, and report on marketing initiatives to stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across funnels. Develop content calendars and oversee creative assets for digital campaigns. Track and analyse campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. Report on KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI of marketing activities. Use insights to inform and continuously improve campaigns. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years in marketing roles with significant experience in lead generation and digital marketing. Proven ability to deliver qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content distribution. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
