Marketing Manager
Relvant Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency to identify a strong Marketing Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing. This role is central to driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) align with business goals.
Manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Oversee website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Plan, budget, and report on marketing initiatives to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across funnels.
Develop content calendars and oversee creative assets for digital campaigns.
Track and analyse campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Report on KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI of marketing activities.
4+ years in marketing roles with significant experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
~ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content distribution.
~ Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
~ Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
~ Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
