Here, you'll be part of a team that values individual thinking and fosters an entrepreneurial spirit. As a part-qualified ACA Audit Trainee, you'll work closely with partners, directors, and managers, delivering client-focused, commercially aware services with an emphasis on audit. Conducting audits for companies, solicitors, charities, and schools, with some on-site auditing at client offices.
Demonstrating a clear understanding of audit testing and approach across various sectors.
Preparing basic sets of accounts and corporation tax computations.
Contributing to drafting recommendations following audit completion.
Supporting and mentoring other trainees in their development.
Engaging in internal networking to build relationships within the firm.
AAT qualified or actively pursuing ACA qualification.
Completion of at least all certificate level ACA papers (or AAT qualification).
Experience leading audits within a top 50 firm.
Exposure to audits with turnovers exceeding £20m in the past year.
Technical proficiency, ideally with software such as Pro-audit, CCH Accounts Production, Xero, QuickBooks, Alphatax, and Office 365.
