MES Consultant required to drive & support MES implementation for large automotive manufacturer. The project requires the consultant to be available to be at the manufacturing plant 5 days a week plus cover varying shift patters across either 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm. This is required to provide technical MES support during the manufacturing production cycles.
Capacity and performance models for downstream/ communication systems
Technical Deployment Models
Governance / Coordination of User Acceptance testing
Deployment and Commissioning of MES components
A deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.
A deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of the Automotive Business Operating Model
Real-Time Data collection, Analysis and Reporting
Understanding of PLC, SCADA Systems
Experience in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,
Understanding about RDBMS , writing optimized sql query , db optimization.
Understanding about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket , Docker , etc .
MES / MoM implementation for automotive industry is a plus.
