ESG Flo is an AI-enabled Data management and reporting solution designed to automate the ESG data gathering process and provide real-time insights into ESG factors. This software makes ESG reporting and decision making seamless by optimizing extraction, validation, and transformation of relevant data. For existing clients, you will act as a dedicated point of contact, understanding their pain points, addressing questions, assisting with training, identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis, and supporting clients on carbon footprint calculations. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with the Product team by sharing client feedback and helping to prioritize new features. 
 
Prepare and lead weekly meetings with clients to understand their processes, data challenges, and how ESG Flo can provide support. 
~ Oversee the onboarding process for new clients on ESG Flo’s Scopes 1, 2, 3, and Compliance Reporting Platforms, including data organization and follow-ups, AI/ML engagement, and ongoing support. 
~ Collaborate with prospective clients to explore mutual growth opportunities. 
~ Conduct training sessions and workshops for new clients and their teams throughout the onboarding process. 
~ Work directly with the Head of Customer Success on account management to ensure successful client relationships.
~ Partner with fellow customer success data analysts to streamline client onboarding and data organization. 
~ Provide customer feedback to the Product team, help prioritize features, and act as a liaison between clients and the Product team. 
Perform Data Analytics and Support to Current Clients  

~ Collaborate with clients to address key challenges in data collection and standardization. 
~ Utilizing Excel and other data analysis tools, support clients in identifying critical changes to historical data or current calculations that could affect reported figures. 
~ Assist clients with other data analytics, such as calculating carbon footprints. 
~ 

# Ad Hoc Sustainability Consulting  

~ This role may involve ad hoc consulting, such as supporting clients with small projects like water footprint analysis or target tracking.
~ 

You have experience in excel, data organization, and project management 
Undergraduate or graduate degrees in environmental science or sustainability, or experience in a similar role/industry is a plus 
Bonus points for familiarity with the software startup ecosystem 
 
Qualities  
You are a thought leader who is comfortable engaging with clients daily and providing recommendations on projects at hand
Your performance will be assessed based on these objectives at the end of the 90-day window.
