We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Learning & Development to lead our talent management, learning initiatives, and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) programs. This strategic leadership role will drive the development and implementation of learning strategies that support our business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
Learning & Development Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance training.
Talent Management:
Lead the company's talent management efforts, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Oversee the design and execution of employee opinion surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Analyze survey results and work with leadership to address areas of concern and enhance employee engagement.
Collaboration & Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment and support for learning and development initiatives.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches as appropriate.
10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
~ Proven track record in developing and implementing successful learning and talent management strategies in a fast-paced environment.
~ Strong knowledge of DE&I principles and experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
~ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
~ Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
~ Certification in talent development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), is a plus.
