Senior Facilities Manager - International Pharmaceutical Company

We have exclusively partnered with a leading pharmaceutical business who require a Senior Facilities Manager to be manage their Head Office in London and various locations in Europe and North America.

You will be responsible for all services and processes that support the core business, creating best practices to allow maximum efficiency and appropriate working environment for employees and their activities.

You will have full control of all aspects of facilities operations.

From negotiating supplier contracts to overseeing budgets and ensuring high service standards. You'll be the driving force behind our workplace efficiency.

Manage insurance, liaise with landlords and maintenance providers, and lead project management for on-site services. With your expertise, we'll maintain top-notch facilities, adhere to safety protocols, and drive sustainability initiatives.

Develop and implement robust Health and Safety strategies for thebusiness. From owning and updating policies to conducting thorough risk assessments, you'll ensure our workplaces are safe and compliant. Take the lead on fire drills, emergency response, and incident management, while maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement. Join us and make a real impact on workplace safety.

In addition to this you will Overseeing the contract, service, and maintenance of our entire Group fleet. You'll be the central point for all information on pool/lease cars.

Ideally you will hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, and be an expert in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and team management, combined with strong computer literacy and a customer-centric approach.
