  • Leadership: Spearhead the establishment and development of the Professional Indemnity department.
  • Building: Recruit and grow a team of professionals as the department expands.
  • Development: Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business, including meeting with potential clients and nurturing relationships to build a strong book of business.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored professional indemnity insurance solutions.

  • Work closely with other departments to leverage the company's existing resources and client base.
