Job Title:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a new division within a reputable and established firm.

nKey Responsibilities:

nLeadership:
Spearhead the establishment and development of the Professional Indemnity department

nBuilding:
Recruit and grow a team of professionals as the department expands

nDevelopment:
Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business, including meeting with potential clients and nurturing relationships to build a strong book of business

nEngagement:

Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored professional indemnity insurance solutions.nBring fresh ideas to the table to enhance the department's offerings and competitiveness.nWork closely with other departments to leverage the company's existing resources and client base.


Qualifications:

nexperience in professional indemnity record in business development and client management.nmindset with the ability to innovate and drive growth.ncommunication and interpersonal skills.nexperience and the ability to build and manage a team.
