We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our wholesale operations and customer service. As the Sales and Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, sales coordination, wholesale administration, and market support.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Stock Coordination:
You will be a key point of contact for our wholesale customers and retail buying team, providing exceptional customer service:
Work closely with the production team, holding weekly meetings to discuss stock arrivals and potential delays.
Create and send weekly order reports to the retail buying team, keeping them informed of order statuses and estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).
Wholesale Administration and Support:
Order Processing: Input and process customer orders accurately using the company's order management system.
Order Confirmation: Issue order confirmations to customers, verifying order details, pricing, and delivery information.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for fulfilling orders.
Coordination with Shipping: Liaise with the shipping department to organize and schedule customer deliveries.
Handling Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery dates, and product availability.
Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of orders from placement to delivery, resolving any issues or delays.
Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates and changes.
Sample Management and Market Support:
Manage samples by sending them to wholesale customers and organizing samples for wholesale buying appointments.
Assist in organizing wholesale appointments and conduct brand competitor research and analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Excellent communication abilities across different stakeholder levels are essential. You should be proactive, motivated, and adaptable, demonstrating enthusiasm and passion for the brand. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP systems like M3 is preferred.
