Technical Coordinator - Site Engineering

Job Title: Technical Coordinator - Site Engineering

Location: Barrow - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £27,221+ based on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Head of Site Engineering
  • Supporting regular administrative duties to assist the Site Engineering Lead Team
  • Aiding the Site Engineering Quality Assurance programme
  • Acting as the departments Microsoft SharePoint manager
  • Coordinating the departmental communications, events and away days

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience coordinating meetings and producing meeting packs - minute taking experience highly desirable
  • Experience working in a team assistant position
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint - training will be provided
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems

The Site Engineering Business Management Team:

The Site Engineering Business Management Hub is a newly established team providing administrative support to the department's senior managers and the Head of Site Engineering. This role will offer individuals the opportunity to work closely with the departments Quality Assurance team, with the aim of training and building a career for the right candidates within this team.
