Dive into the heart of payroll operations as our Payroll Data Analyst. You'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across three dynamic companies. With a focus on data analytics, compliance, and technology enhancement, you'll work closely with our cross-functional people team to refine payroll processes and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Data analytics, checks, controls and calculations: Work magic with payroll data, helping ensure accuracy in calculations and timely payments; Calculate and check overtime, ad hoc payments, and allowances for various business areas. Submit accurate deductions, including private mileage, union fees, and more
Where required, collaborate with payroll vendors, Digital and HRIS teams to enhance our use of technology for efficient HR, absence, and payroll processes
Onboarding and payroll management: Check and prepare data for new starters, changes, and leavers and paperwork with precision
Conduct HR and payroll audits, controls, and analysis to support compliance and data accuracy
Data/Tech savvy: Advanced MS Excel skills are critical - show us your spreadsheet prowess Experience with payroll, HR and absence management software is advantageous
Happy working with numbers in large volumes, with multiple data sources, showing a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
Experience: Payroll processing experience within a sizeable company is advantageous. However, any payroll experience whatsoever (payroll administrator, payroll specialist, payroll officer etc.), A company culture that is inclusive, warm, welcoming, driven, and allows everyone to show up as themselves every single day without judgement
