A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager to join the Facilities Management team at one of the UK's leading FM / Construction companies.
Develop, manage and regularly review the Planned Preventative Maintenance module of the CAFM system to the project.
✔ Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers as required to ensure the project assets are identified and maintained in line with Statutory Compliance obligations. Legislation, Good Practice and the Contract Specification.
✔ Manage the preparation and delivery of any Variations and Additional Works.
✔ Manage project budgets in conjunction with the Commercial Team to meet agreed/set targets. Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field.
❗ Proven experience in Facilities Management within a PFI environment.
❗ Strong leadership and management skills.
❗ Solid understanding of Facility Management principles, practices, and guidelines.
❗ Proficiency in Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and other relevant software applications.
❗ Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
