The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring sales promotion, and revenue generation of all products available at the specific Selina locations. The Sales Manager will represent the Commercial team on-property of all the hotels.
We are looking for a candidate who is entering their first managerial role, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales to gain valuable experience and grow within the hospitality industry, reporting to the Regional Commercial Director and will be implementing Global and Country Level Sales strategies, and following corporate procedures. The candidate should know the cities assigned, and main feeder hospitality markets and should be developing partnerships and sales brand promotions
Achieve revenue goals for all products (accommodation, F&B, Explore, Cowork, Wellness)
Responsible for all sales processes at location level and synergies with other countries or global locations.
Open new sales channels and manage existing ones for FIT and groups.
Create local level packages based on special events and local experiences offered (lead the collaboration with country and global level sales teams)
Close local level deals for groups and packages (corporate offsites, student groups, etc.) with the help of country and global teams when needed.
Tour Operators, Corporate, DMCs, Travel Agencies, M&E Agencies and Creative Marketing Agencies
Provide sales performance reports to the country and regional leadership on tracking progress against targets, successes and challenges.
Support in the creation of marketing initiatives for all products in the location with the support of the Country Sales & Marketing coordinator and external vendors.
Analyze data and provide reports with conclusions.
Conduct Sales Mission and attend trade shows in accordance with the market.
Degree in Sales, Hospitality or Business Administration
Local hospitality Market knowledge
English proficiency and local language
Minimum 1-2 years in sales management
Previous experience in sales in hospitality is a requirement.
Previous experience with community engagement
Able to work independently and creatively to close new sales opportunities.
