The Rural Estates Team at Farrer & Co has an unrivalled reputation. It is the only team ranked in the top tier in both Chambers and the Legal 500 for agricultural and rural affairs. It acts for some of the country's major landed estates, doing the most challenging, innovative and interesting work in the sector.
The candidate will work with associates and partners from across the rural practice area focusing on rural estates, involving agriculture, commercial and residential work.
Sale and purchase of agricultural property and rural residential property.
Agricultural, commercial and residential landlord and tenant.
Acting for banks in obtaining security.
Strong academic background.
Excellent organisational skills with and strong interest and enthusiasm in respect of rural estates and other property matters.
Self-starting approach to tasks and projects and ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent financial discipline in terms of time capture and billing.
Our office hours are 9.30pm but it is essential that the applicant is committed, flexible and prepared to work beyond normal office hours when necessary and in response to the demands of the business.
The firm’s usual office hours are Monday to Friday 09:30am-5:30pm. The firm has implemented an agile working framework outlining its hybrid approach for all employees, please contact us for further information.
