Quantity Surveyor - Uxbridge - T2P - Reactive Maintenance
Quantity Surveyor required to work with national property services contractor based out of their regional office near Uxbridge on a temp-to-perm basis, focusing on their reactive maintenance contract. Permamance salary of £65k + benefits after initial temp contract. Flexible working with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Financial Management
Monitor budgets, prepare cost forecasts, and ensure projects stay within financial limits.
Contract Administration
Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with NHF SOR and contractual obligations.
Dispute Resolution: Handle claims and disputes related to pricing, delays, or NHF SOR application.
Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular updates on project progress and financial status.
Compliance & Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and mitigate risks, including NHF SOR discrepancies.
Final Accounts: Prepare and reconcile final accounts as per NHF SOR.
Performance Monitoring
KPI Tracking: Monitor performance against cost, time, and quality targets, benchmarking with NHF SOR.
Contract Reviews: Conduct contract reviews to recommend improvements.
