About Us: Luna PR is a leading global PR and marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, with a presence in key markets around the world. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, leading strategic planning efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of PR campaigns. As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction, growing client relationships, and managing a team of PR professionals.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Oversee the implementation of PR campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and pursue new business leads. Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics, insights, and recommendations for future actions. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of PR strategies and inform decision-making.
Budget Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
~7+ years of experience in public relations or communications, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
~ Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in an agency setting.
~ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective PR strategies.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively.
~ Demonstrated experience in business development and account growth.
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools.
