  • Degree or equivalent in relevant supply chain field
  • Experience of working within the Nuclear industry
  • Demonstrable experience at senior leadership level, with a proven track record of setting strategic objectives to a successful delivery
  • Assisting the formulation and upkeep of essential supply chain and procurement strategies, standards, procedures and processes
  • Leadership skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Deploy a culture of Learning from Experience (LFE) and Continuous Business Improvement (CBI)
  • Take Ownership and maintenance of the procurement strategies, processes, policies and procedures
  • Implementation of procurement system performance and reporting across the business
