Procurement Manager

Rullion Limited is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Lead to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead the procurement team in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services, ensuring the best value for the company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Relevant degree or equivalent in a supply chain or procurement-related field.
- Proven experience in procurement leadership, with a track record of delivering successful procurement strategies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex procurement concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
