Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role. 

Location:  Stowmarket

Pay Rate: £24.58 - £25.58per hour (assignment rate)

Contract Type:  Locum, 3-month contract

Shift Pattern: Full time. 09:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 

Duties:

  • Undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with appropriate supervision, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary and multiagency environment
  • Managing a caseload and the provision of Mental Health Care services in the community to people of any age with a dementia diagnosis, and Older People with a functional mental health diagnosis and complex needs

Requirements of the Senior Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner:

  • NMC Registration
  • Qualified social worker or Occupational therapist with experience of working within mental health
