Head of Development - Leeds - 3 days a week on site Location: Hybrid: 2/3 Days a week

A full-service digital agency based in Leeds, whose ground breaking digital solutions have helped transform user experience for some of the worlds leading brands.

As an agency, they have built their impressive client list on a reputation of quality, client satisfaction and innovation - they are currently partnered with a number of global businesses who rank in the top 30 visited sites in the world

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Development to lead their talented team of developers. As the Head of Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Lead and manage a team of 12 developers, including frontend developers, backend PHP developers, and QA testers.
Oversee the development process from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and project management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on project requirements and technical feasibility.

Proven experience in a senior development role, with a strong background in web development.
In-depth knowledge of frontend and backend development technologies, including but not limited to VueJs, JavaScript, Laravel, Symfony, Azure, AWS.
Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality software iteratively.
