It underpins everything we do.Overview of your role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of connecting with customers who seek financial advice through social media and specific Lead Tech websites. These individuals are looking for guidance on various financial matters, including pensions, investments, equity release, and mortgages. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments with our team of financial advisors.As this role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to speak to our customers, you will be a master at object handling and be able to resolve any queries or concerns whilst constantly looking for any opportunities to cross and upsell.Unique Aspects of the Role: Soft Selling Emphasis: The role places a strong emphasis on soft selling. Given the nature of lead generation, objections are common. Your ability to delicately handle objections will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience.Warm Leads: The leads you'll be working with are warm, and most of your calls will be outbound. This means you'll be connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in financial advice.Outside of outbound calls, there may be some tasks to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must.   • This role is working full time hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday – Friday and working 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

  • £23,000 basic salary - OTE £33,000
  • Following successful completion of the probationary period, the basic salary will be increased to £23,500.
