Au sein de la Direction Communication, vous êtes intégré(e) au service « Media » en charge du rayonnement et de la promotion de la marque sur les différents supports de communication.

Intégrez la Direction qui, tout au long du cycle de développement, conçoit, fabrique et teste nos systèmes de missiles, ainsi que les équipements associés

Objectif de votre alternance :

Assister à la gestion de nos comptes sociaux afin de faire rayonner nos différentes actualités internationales et promouvoir notre marque employeur. Puis, vérifier la bonne application de la stratégie social media tout en suivant la production de contenus éditoriaux.

Grâce à vos compétences, vous :

Assistez le pilotage du calendrier éditorial et assurez la remontée des sujets via l'animation d'un réseau de correspondants au sein des entités pays (UK, Italie, Allemagne et France) ;
Suivez avec l'agence en charge, la conception et production de contenus éditoriaux variés (post, article, infographie, quiz, vidéo, etc.), adaptés aux usages de chaque réseau et performants ;
Assistez dans l'animation des différents comités éditoriaux ;
Développez un réseau interne d'ambassadeurs sur les réseaux sociaux ("employee advocacy");
Participez à l'élaboration et le pilotage de campagnes ponctuelles de communication et de visibilité sur les réseaux sociaux ;
Effectuez l'analyse et le suivi statistiques des actions menées.

En transverse, vous aurez la possibilité de soumettre vos idées et de faire émerger des sujets qui s’inscriront dans le cadre innovant de l’entreprise.

En préparation d'un diplôme de Master Communication et Technologie Numérique et/ou Marketing Digital ou équivalent avec une spécialisation Social Media ou équivalent.

Vous maîtrisez l'utilisation de toutes les plateformes Social Media et avez des compétences en gestion de projets et création de contenus destinés aux réseaux sociaux.

Compte tenu de l'environnement international de la société, un bon niveau d'anglais est requis. Vous serez amené à échanger très régulièrement en anglais.

Durée du contrat d’apprentissage : 2 ans (frais de formation à la charge de l'entreprise/école)
Date de début : à partir du 02/09/2024 (modulable)
