Job Description

As our Data Scientist, you'll be a critical member of our team, laying the groundwork for groundbreaking advancements in secure Generative AI adoption .Your expertise will be instrumental in building high-quality datasets that fuel our innovative models.

Here's where you'll make a significant impact :

  • Working collaboratively to design and curate comprehensive datasets tailored to train and fine-tune our sensitive data detection models.
  • Your keen eye and meticulous approach will ensure data accuracy and completeness, a vital foundation for robust and reliable models.
  • You'll stay abreast of the latest data science trends and techniques, continuously seeking ways to optimize dataset creation to enhance model performance.
  • You'll collaborate effectively with engineers and security teams, fostering clear communication around data needs and ensuring seamless integration with our security solutions.

You'll be directly contributing to the development of groundbreaking technology that empowers secure Generative AI adoption within enterprises.

Requirements

This role is a great fit for someone with :

  • Strong experience in data mining, cleaning, and feature engineering.
  • A passion for continuous data quality assessment and improvement.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model training methodologies.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • A proven track record of building and managing high-quality datasets.
  • Expert knowledge of Python and relevant libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Possess a product driven mindset with a focus on incremental delivery.

Bonus points if you have :

  • Knowledge of generative AI models.
  • Experience working in the data security domain.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience in designing and building machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Strong understanding of data categorization techniques and taxonomies.
