Management Accountant (SAP Business ByDesign Super-User)9-month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover
London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
£SystemsAccountants are currently working on behalf of our client to source a Systems/Management Accountant to join their Finance team and assist with the support of their SAP ByDesign ERP on an interim basis, starting from next month.

Manage the SAP ByDesign ERP system, maintaining the integrity of the system
Run weekly sales reporting and other ad hoc report creation
Perform monthly closing based on local reporting standards.
Manage intercompany relations, reconciliations and run banking and balance sheet reconciliations
Audit Preparation and Internal controls.
Supervision of Accruals/prepayments, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Improve and change internal and financial controls and processes.
Assisting with the monthly Management Accounts preparation and presentation, including AP/AR reporting, expenditure analysis and investigation, FX reconciliations and reporting.
Developments of new reports using Excel, Power BI and SAP
Delivering training in elements of SAP Business ByDesign
Answering queries related to SAP


Accountancy qualification (full or part qualified) including ACCA, ACA, AAT or CIMA
Proven experience in a similar role as a Systems or Management Accountant in a small finance team
Strong knowledge of functional accounting with solid experience in month end duties
Experience working with SAP Business ByDesign
Double entry bookkeeping skills
Skills in MS Excel (including pivot tables and V-Lookup)
Knowledge of local statutory compliance preferred
Ideally 10+ years of work experience
