Service Desk Engineer - Insurance Up to £60,000 | London | 5 days on-site
A leading (re)insurer experiencing rapid growth is looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their London IT team. You'll join a close-knit, high-performing service desk supporting a demanding London Market user base. The role covers both BAU and project-related work, spanning 1st and 2nd line responsibilities. Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to users across all levels of seniority
Supporting collaboration tools (Teams, WebEx, O365, AV, and telephony)
Providing structured updates and feedback to senior IT and business leaders

Proven service desk experience within financial services or insurance
Strong technical skills across Windows 10, O365, Active Directory, Exchange Online
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Mimecast, and TeamViewer
Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture

The successful candidate will be technically capable, composed under pressure, and motivated by delivering high-quality service in a demanding environment.
