Due to promotion we are seeking a Lead to head the administration/support function and work with our brilliant team of Engineers on a major PPP project.
It's an exciting and varied role and includes overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports. You'll also take responsibility for monitoring and updating technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information.
You'll possess great communication and planning skills, be able to understand work prioritisation, have a confident approach to new ideas and systems and be happy leading a team (including guiding interns). Ideally you'll possess an NVQ to level 3 and have extensive experience of Microsoft applications.
