As a Restaurant Team Leader at the popular iasg restaurant, we will support you to :

What do you need to be a Restaurant Team Leader at iasg? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B Manager to run the restaurant to a high standard, providing training to team members to ensure that they are confident in their roles and dealing with any escalated service recoveries. You will mainly be working in the restaurant, however you will also be supporting the wider bar team - so knowledge of working in a bar environment is a benefit
Availability to work 5 shifts per week (shift pattern from 7am to 4pm, and 4pm to close - typically 12am/1am) - weekend availability essential
Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant environment
Knowledge of our food and drink offering - passionate about delivering excellent customer service and customising their service to ensure they leave with a smile on their face
Experience of training team members, mentoring them and providing support when needed
Financial security - £13.23 per hour (£27,518.40 per annum FTE), guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, paid holidays, subsidised unsocial hour travel support and enhanced sick pay Growth and development – extensive training, opportunities for career progression across the world, plus 2 paid days volunteering per year with a cause of your choice.
