International Order and Logistics Manager

Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovative healthcare solutions?

Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented International Order and Logistics Manager to drive the international logistics and order management of our breakthrough gene therapy product.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the entire "cell journey" from our labs to treatment centres worldwide, ensuring a seamless process that transforms lives.

As the Order and Logistics Manager, you’ll be the core link between manufacturing, commercial operations, external partners, and quality teams across Europe, the GCC, and the USA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally, managing everything from order entry and tracking to aligning with stakeholders and resolving challenges as they arise. You’ll be the driving force behind real-time process improvements and innovations that elevate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management Excellence: Lead the entire order, from generation through to delivery confirmation, ensuring a flawless patient journey.
  • Track and Trace Oversight: Manage cell journey data across various systems, updating daily to keep internal teams informed.
  • Compliance Management: Work closely with logistics providers to ensure every shipment meets all import/export compliance requirements, facilitating a smooth delivery process.
  • Logistics Execution Support: Collaborate with Global Logistics to ensure timely preparation and delivery, assisting with international Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Finance & Process Support: Assist with invoicing issues, plan process improvements, and coordinate logistics trial shipments and related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with relevant experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
  • Experience in biopharma management in logistics coordination, production/operations planning, and/or customer service
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in GMP and working with Quality and Manufacturing organizations
  • Working knowledge and experience working directly with commercial operations
  • Experience in executing SOPs and work instructions
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working cross functionally in a global environment and in matrix teams, as well as with 3rd party service providers
