Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our forward-thinking team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You'll have the opportunity to engage with prospective clients, build meaningful relationships, and promote our innovative solutions to businesses across various industries.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach efforts and networking activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients' needs and pain points, and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Carter Software's solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
