We are recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager to working within our Cyber Operations function.
Cyber Operations purpose is to support safe care and build public trust by building NHS England’s cyber resilience and enabling the wider health system to be cyber resilient, supporting Transformation Directorate’s purpose of delivering the best care and outcomes for the NHS.
Cyber Security Operations Unit (CSOU).
Cyber Delivery Unit (CDU).
Chief Information Security Office Function (CISO).
The Cyber Improvement Programme aims to deliver cyber improvements that provide long-term foundational change towards sustainable cyber risk management across the health and social care system, working towards the vision of creating a health and care sector that is resilient to cyber-attack, improving the safety of patients and service users through good cyber security.
Working as a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead the Programme Management Office which provides the Intelligent Client Function for the Cyber Improvement Programme. Assuring and monitoring programme plans
Managing the alignment of strategic objectives, performance and risk through the provision of appropriate controls and governance.
All NHS Digital/England Cyber Security personnel must hold security clearance SC level as a minimum. Demonstrates experience of establishing governance controls and delivering a project/programme management office function within a complex programme.
Is able to demonstrate ability to negotiate on difficult and contentious issues including performance and change.
Demonstrates strong ability to build relationships with internal and external partners which are critical in securing the strategic objectives of the business.
