4M Respite Home new Build Project in Woking
Experienced Site Manager to work on A 4M Respite Centre new build project.
Reporting to the Project Manager.
Experience of working with care homes or respite centres would be a bonus.
Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
Buying materials for each phase of the project
Monitoring build costs and project progress
Conducting quality and safety inspections
Maintaining quality control checks
Using specialist project management computer programmes
The project has not started yet but is imminent, therefore you will be involved from site set up to completion.
