As Programme Coordinator at Spitfire Audio, your role is to ensure our programme of external product releases, internal initiatives are successful by ensuring the multiple product teams, departments and stakeholders are aligned. Balance resourcing of multiple disciplines across all projects with-in the business
Source of knowledge and authority on all deadlines, milestones, projects & resources - leveraging software to communicate this with the wider team
Own each programme’s risk register, find risk mitigation strategies and facilitate the mitigation actions
Own record keeping of key documentation across programmes, included folder structures, specs, SMCs, ensuring all project documents are correctly stored and populated with the relevant information at the correct time
Be reflective, analytical, facilitating the improvement of processes and practices across the programmes, finding and using an appropriate balance of methodologies (ie Agile, Waterfall, etc)
At least 2 years of experience in a programme or project management role
~ Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana
~ A good understanding of technologies or industries relevant to Spitfire Audio
