Alongside this, there will be some case holding of more complex cases. All staff work in the office to complete visits and to provide a duty service and at home to complete administrative tasks. All children are to be seen face to face. The candidate will be expected to be in the office more in the initial stages of employment to help build the team cohesion and feeling of stability.
