Basic Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive branding strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Write and edit engaging content for social media posts, blogs, articles, newsletters, and website pages.
- Develop an annual calendar of events aligned with organizational goals, marketing objectives, and key industry trends. This includes identifying relevant occasions, topics, themes, and content pillars for each event.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in personal branding, social media marketing, and digital communication to continually refine strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate closely with designated leadership individuals and internal teams, such as marketing, communications, and PR, to align personal branding initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
- Develop engaging and compelling content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of events throughout the year, including industry conferences, webinars, workshops, launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned within your portfolio.
