Evaluate, interpret, and present analytical outcomes to enhance business objectives, KPIs, and other performance indicators
Use performance analytics to improve evidence-led decision making
Enhance data reporting and analytics for member satisfaction and commercial growth
Assess data accessibility and quality, undertake basic and advanced analytics, including statistical analytics and performance management approaches
Explore automation and AI opportunities in current processes
Develop performance measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analytics
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work with other data professionals to create a professional data service
Strong background in performance data management, manipulation, analysis, and visualisation
Proficiency in developing insights and intelligence for targeted action
Competency in using Google Analytics, Looker, Microsoft SSMS, SSRS, and PowerBi
