The Role You'll be steering the frontend rebuild from the ground up — leading a small but sharp dev team, shaping the new architecture, and setting the standards for clean, scalable, lightning-fast code. This is your chance to make a real mark on a high-traffic eCommerce platform and have your tech decisions define the next chapter of their digital story. What You'll Be Doing Leading and mentoring the frontend team through a full Next.js replatform. Driving TypeScript-first development across the board. Owning the frontend architecture – performance, scalability, best practice, the lot. Collaborating with design and backend teams to ship seamless, beautiful experiences. Championing modern workflows and reusable component design. What You'll Bring Expert in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks. Hands-on experience with Next.js (that's your playground). Confidence with Tailwind CSS, Git, and build tools like Vite or Webpack. A great eye for design and user experience. Bonus points for exposure to Drupal, Magento, or PHP environments.
