About the Customer Service Coordinator Role

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will receive and coordinate customer project requirements, managing the project’s progression from concept and sample approval through to delivery.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator include:

  • Manage all questions and queries from customers and Account Managers, collate information, and solve problems and issues.
  • Coordinate actions and liaise with other departments (Production, Design, Studio, Finance, etc.) to meet customer deadlines.
  • Support existing and new business customers' accounts and provide cover during holiday periods within the team.

About You

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will provide exceptional levels of service, having the ability to work in a demanding customer facing role, delivering against deadlines and priorities.

Other requirements of the Customer Service Coordinator include:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple tasks, prioritising, and meeting targets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of numeracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high work ethic.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
