Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Glu Recruit LTD is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers throughout the life cycle of a project, particularly in research and costing.
  • Manage material orders and external suppliers.
  • Administer dispatch tasks, including load lists, commercial invoices, center bookings, and delivery bookings.
  • Liaise with the factory, quality check, and keep key stakeholders informed.
  • Provide installation support, including store surveys, fitter packs, RAMS documents, and WhatsApp reporting.
  • Manage accounts administration, including raising POs and invoicing.
  • Manage small projects independently with support from managing Project Managers.
  • Problem-solve and support Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever-changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office software, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately.
  • Experience being proactive, working independently, and using initiative.
  • Confidence to suggest better ways of working and process improvement.
  • Successful in building professional relationships.
