Temporary Data Entry Clerk/Admin

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 40 Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 1 months

City: Chichester, West Sussex

The Data entry clerk will be responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. In addition, data entry clerks must verify and edit data as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload Emergency lights PPM reports (monthly and yearly) into Micad for all the buildings we are responsible for at RBH.
Upload reports back in September 2023.
Upload Air Handling Units PPMs reports (Monthly, 3 Monthly, 6 Monthly, Yearly).

Qualifications:

Educated to A level or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.


Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.

Previous experience within a similar role is required to be successful in this position.
Good all-round administrative ability.
Numerical ability with attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
