All qualified applicants will be considered, and we have no regard for age, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation the more the merrier, and together we can achieve greatness
Your impact
At Lions Prep, we are passionate about revolutionising the way people think about and engage with healthy, quality meals. As our Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of this change, crafting vibrant communities that breathe life into our mission. This role is not about conventional social media management; it’s about innovatively fostering connections, discussions, and a sense of belonging across a variety of platforms including Reddit, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and our specially developed customer forum.
What You'll Be Doing:
Community Building and Engagement: Your primary responsibility will be to initiate, nurture, and lead our brand’s communities. You’ll cultivate spaces for meaningful dialogue and connection, aligning with our brand’s ethos and values. Your creative strategies will engage current and prospective customers in conversations that extend beyond our products, creating a loyal and active community.
Strategic Leadership: As the steward of our brand’s community presence, you will strategise and implement engagement plans that foster a strong sense of community. Your role is to ensure that every platform becomes a hub for our customers to connect, share, and grow together with our brand.
Advocacy and Connection : Through your leadership, you'll encourage community members to become brand advocates, spreading the word about Lions Prep and our commitment to health and quality. Your efforts will not only expand our customer base but also solidify our existing relationships.
Elevating the Customer Experience : Overseeing customer feedback and escalations on review platforms such as Google and Trust Pilot, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our reputation. By addressing concerns and celebrating positive feedback, you’ll help lift our current 4.7-star rating to even greater heights, reflecting our brand's commitment to excellence.
Who We’re Looking For:
An inspirational Community Manager with a flair for building and nurturing online communities. You're innovative, with a proven track record of engaging and expanding communities across diverse platforms. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for creating spaces where people can connect over shared interests. You're adept at representing a brand’s voice and values, turning every conversation into an opportunity to build deeper relationships with our community.
Mission
We inspire busy people to eat well and live better - Delivering chef-cooked meals crafted from quality, locally sourced produce.
Vision
At Lions Prep, we are more than just a food company. We are helping create a food system that is fair and transparent, where everyone has access to ethically sourced, quality food.
With tech at the forefront of our strategy, we are continuously innovating whilst staying true to our people. Our commitment to a healthy planet is never compromised.
Values
Empowerment: We empower our people to make strong, independent decisions with confidence
Transparency: We share information openly and with intention
Open Communication: We communicate directly and honestly
High Performance: We foster an environment that attracts, retains, and rewards high performance
Agility: We encourage flexibility in our people by reducing blockers and prioritising their creativity and productivity
